Rates & Payment - Farr Mediation Services

RATES & PAYMENT

Payments may be made by cash, credit card, firm check, or PayPal. NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted for services. Credit card number required to hold date & time of services. Once we have confirmed date & time of services, via email or by phone, a cancellation fee of $250/side will be charged if mediation/arbitration is cancelled. All fees are due at the beginning of the mediation/arbitration.

MEDIATION

HALF DAY MEDIATION: $700/party for 4 hours.
FULL DAY MEDIATION: $1400/party for 8 hours. .

*Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $200/party/hour

ARBITRATION

HALF DAY ARBITRATION: $1000 /party/4 hours, plus review & rendition fee of $500/party; Hourly rate will be charged $250/party.
FULL DAY ARBITRATION: $2000 /party/4 hours, plus review & rendition fee of $500/party; Hourly rate will be charged $250/party.

MEDIATION

*FULL DAY MEDIATION: $1456/party for 8 hours.

*Additional hours will be billed at a rate of $234/party/hour

ARBITRATION

HALF DAY ARBITRATION: $1040 /party/4 hours, plus review & rendition fee of $520/party; Hourly rate will be charged $260/party.
FULL DAY ARBITRATION: $2080 /party/8 hours, plus review & rendition fee of $520/party; Hourly rate will be charged $260/party.
